Capabilities

Concept to shelf,
under one roof.

A licensed program is only as good as its slowest step. We compress design, licensor approvals, manufacturing, compliance, and retail sell-in into a single timeline — with one team accountable end to end.

Overhead product-development spread showing concept sketches, CAD mockups, fabric swatches, and mug prototypes in ascending finish quality.

Program flow

Six phases. One accountable team.

01

Concept & strategy

We start with the IP, the retail buyer, and the fan. Product architecture, category selection, and price-ladder are set before we touch a design tool — so every SKU has a job.

02

Design & development

In-house creative interprets style guides into finished concepts, technical mockups, and physical prototypes. Iteration cycles run in weeks, not quarters.

03

Licensing & approvals

We submit, revise, and land approvals with rights holders on their systems and their timelines. Established relationships across studios, publishers, sports leagues, and estates.

04

Manufacturing

Factory sourcing across ceramics, textiles, plush, metalwork, and printed goods. QA is on-site and continuous — not a pre-shipment inspection at the end.

05

Compliance & packaging

CPSIA, Prop 65, FDA food-contact, GS1, and retailer-specific vendor requirements. Packaging designed to hit both aisle presence and safe-shipping constraints on the same SKU.

06

Retail sell-in & sell-through

Direct buyer relationships at every major channel. EDI 850/856 flow, line-sheet delivery, and quarterly review cadence — we don't hand off the account after PO one.

What we build

Nine categories. Sixty-plus SKU formats.

Deep enough to build a program that reaches both the mass buyer and the collector — from a $9 impulse mug to a $75 collector's gift box, on the same IP.

01

Drinkware

Ceramic mugs, heat-change mugs, carnival cups, pint glass sets, shot-glass blind boxes, sake sets, flasks, stainless-steel water bottles.

02

Kitchenware

Ramen bowls with chopsticks, sushi sets, tea sets, kitchen appliances, licensed prep and serve.

03

Bedding & home

45×60 fleece throws, sherpa-backed blankets, neck pillows, acrylic lamps, wall art, décor.

04

Plush & figures

Blind-bag plush keychains, bobbleheads, acrylic stands, swappable-clothing dolls, character plush.

05

Apparel & accessories

Enamel pins, AirTag keychains, hangtag apparel, hats, socks, licensed lifestyle wear.

06

Stationery & desk

Mechanic-integrated notebooks, sticky notes, playing cards, journals, gift-with-purchase inserts.

07

Novelty & impulse

Scented air fresheners, puzzles, brand novelties, checkout-lane merch, low-price-point gifting.

08

LookSee gift boxes

Our signature curated-gift format — 5-to-8 items per franchise engineered as a mainstream and collector bridge SKU.

09

Limited editions & DECIPH-AR

SDCC and convention exclusives, numbered collector runs, and AR-embedded product experiences via our DECIPH-AR platform.

Retail-grade compliance

The paperwork behind every launch.

Compliance is where most licensee programs die at big-box vendor onboarding. Ours is engineered in from the concept phase — not bolted on before ship.

CPSIA
Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act certification and testing.
Prop 65
California chemical-exposure warning compliance across drinkware and materials.
EDI 850 / 856
Electronic purchase-order and advance-ship-notice integration with major retailers.
GS1
Global Trade Item Number (GTIN/UPC) issuance and management.
FDA food-contact
Food-contact substance compliance for mugs, drinkware, and kitchen SKUs.
CPSC testing
Third-party lab testing for children's and general-consumer categories.
Vendor onboarding
Target, Walmart, Amazon, GameStop, and specialty retailer vendor packet execution.
Licensor QA
Rights-holder-specific approval logs and audit-ready documentation on demand.
